Refund and Returns Policy

Return Time

If you wish to return an item purchased from Bears Bags, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Items must be in perfect condition with all labels attached. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damaged Items

If your item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bearsbags.com with a brief description of the problem and pictures of the defects on your product. We will respond within 2 days and issue a refund immediately upon verifying the defect. Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

If you prefer, you can exchange your defective bag for another one. We will cover the shipping costs for both the new bag and the return of the faulty one. The new bag will be shipped within two days after your request is accepted.

Other Return Reasons

For returns due to reasons other than defects, you have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate the return. Contact us at info@bearsbags.com with your order number. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will respond to your request within 2 business days, and the return label will be sent the next day.

Refund

Refunds are processed within two business days after we receive your package. You will receive a refund confirmation email once the return process is completed. The refund will be credited back to your account using the original payment method, appearing on your next statement. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card or PayPal account again. Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still haven’t received your refund 14 days after our confirmation email, please contact us at info@bearsbags.com, and we will respond within two business days.

Lost Orders

If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to your shipping address but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping company. We are not responsible for the shipping company. If your order is never delivered, contact us at info@bearsbags.com with your order number and tracking number. We will issue a refund or ship another item within 2 days of your request.
